Type 625B4 4-conductor, standard size; measuring 2.75"W x 4.5"H, includes two flush mount jacks with screw terminals on the back. Each is individually packaged with instructions and color matching mounting screws. Features include:

It has one RJ11 4 wire female telephone jack. These are still in the original packages. These have stick-um on the back to attach to the wall. It can be used with 4 or 2 wire modular telephone cords. There is a mix of different manufacturers and colors in each lot.
