This service manual is in fair condition.  Although about 25% of the cover adhesive has become detached from the binding, the rest of the pages are still holding together fairly well.  I highlighted this in the pictures.  To give you a better idea of the condition of the binding, if you hold the book lightly along the spine while paging through it, it doesn't give the sense of coming apart or being compromised.  On the other hand, if you lay the manual flat and let the weight of the pages pull on the binding, especially towards the second half of the pages, you will get a sense of the binding being old and weak.  The pages are unmarked.  However, there are a few light grease marks here and there.  I'd say overall, the book is about 60% condition, with the binding being the only real concern (and that not being bad for the age of the book.)
