Platinum Tools™ 15001C V-Notch Wire Stripper, 10-24 AWG
If you’re looking for a stripping tool that’s simple, light weight, and super handy you’ll love the 15001C V-Notch wire stripper from Platinum Tools™. Because of its simplicity, the 15001C is completely fool-proof. You won’t ever under or over strip wires like traditional strippers. Traditional strippers have many notches that can be easily mistaken for one another which can make selecting the right one a hassle. The 15001C has just one notch. Just pre-select the desired gauge and strip away!
Set It and Forget It!
The stripping blades adjust to proper wire gauge with rotating cam wheel. The wheel easily spins and is clearly labeled for faster identification and faster strips.
Easy on the Hands
The vinyl-dipped cushioned handle offers a great grip while also being soft to the touch.
Spring and Lock
The large spring helps return the handles to their proper position. Also the jaws of the tool are able to lock in the closed position which allows them to be easily stored in a pocket or in a tool belt. In addition the lock aids in protecting the spring from hyper-extension when rolling around in a tool bag. .
Looping Holes
The 15001C has looping holes in the blade to bend or loop solid wire. These holes make for a convenient way to bend single-strand wire without having to grab another tool for the toolbox.
