The rugged drop forged, box joint construction of the BTP-6 cutter provides user durability and professional results. The cable cutter is manufactured from hardened corrosion resistant chrome vanadium tool steel. The cutting blades are precision ground to provide easier cutting of coaxial cables without deforming the cable dielectric.
