This tire clamp or boot is brand new and has never been used.  There may be some light scratches or small areas missing paint from storage.  I do not see a manufacturers name, model number or size range on the boot or the paperwork.  I installed the boot on my enclosed trailer which has 205/175/015 15" tires and wheels and also on my Dodge RAM which has 275/60/20's.  The boot clamps on to both well.  I have seen the clamps that are used by city Police Departments and these clamps are lighter.  They are still effective and would provide security on trailers at construction sites and such or on vehicles in any
environment
